Honey, apple and almond; a balanced blend for filter.
- A balance for every morning
One lot each from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia: Brazil gives body, Colombia sweetness and Ethiopia a floral liveliness. It was designed to be the steady choice for morning filter; every roast batch is cupped side by side with the previous one.

Honey, green apple and almond; soft acidity and a clean finish.
Suggested brewing
- Filter machine: 60 g per litre
- Pour-over: 1:16, 93 °C
Story of the blend
The components are roasted separately and mixed afterwards; this method lets us control each origin's profile on its own. Twice a year, after a component change, the blend goes back to cupping and is compared with the old batch.
Pairing
It goes well with breakfast, toast and plain biscuits.
We suggest using the pack within the first 10 days after opening; for ground options this drops to 7 days. If you use a filter machine, 60 grams per litre is enough.
